Our Royal Pickled Cabbage is unlike any cabbage you’ve had before; inspired by Soviet / Georgian roots transformed with Uncle Edik’s signature touch.

Perfectly balanced with all natural ingredients, they are aged to perfection with fresh garlic, crunchy celery for its umami, Beets for their sweetness (and vibrant pink color) and host a blend of spices that release their kick at different times. Oh! & we add a slice of Jalapeño on top because YOLO, LIFE IS SHORT.

Each 32oz jar is tediously hand packed and is its own batch.
